We believe in the beauty and energy of each piece we create, but we understand that sometimes things aren’t quite the perfect match. That’s why we’ve created a simple, caring return & exchange process to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Return Window
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. During this time, you can request to exchange or return your piece for a refund.
What We Ask
- Items should be unworn or unused and in their original condition that you received it.
- All product tags should remain attached.
- Please include all original packaging materials.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items that do not meet our return requirements will be rejected and returned to the sender.
Restocking Fee and Discounted Products
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns and exchanges.
- No refunds will be issued for items purchased with a discount, including sale or promotional items. These products can only be exchanged.
How to Initiate an Exchange or Return
To begin an exchange or return, please log in to your customer profile on our website. Once logged in, navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return. From there, you can initiate your request.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through your profile will not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label. Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, and both the return shipping cost and the 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
What Happens Next
Once we receive your return package, our team will carefully inspect the items. Within 7 business days of receipt, we will either:
- Process and ship your exchange item
- Issue a refund to your original payment method
